Link Bank 11-23-11: Megyn Kelly, Miesha Tate vs. Rounda Rousey

megyn kelly

If you’re a regular watcher of The Daily Show, you probably know all about Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly. She’s a perfect example of the hot/crazy scale. The hotter a woman is, the more likely men will put up with their batsh** behavior and no one calls them out on their craziness. Therefore, they continue being crazy, because no one holds them accountable.

Maybe Kelly is more dumb than crazy. Here’s a petition from I signed, and I encourage you to do the same

Ms. Kelly, on November 21, you told Bill O’Reilly that pepper spray (as used by Lt. John Pike to assault the UC Davis protestors) is “a food product, essentially.” That was, of course, ridiculous.

While you allowed that the spray was “abrasive and intrusive”, you wondered if it had been diluted (reportedly, it hadn’t).

To back up your claim that pepper spray is a food product, please consume as much of it as was sprayed on each protestor’s face, in one sitting, on camera at Fox News.

Reminds me of the time that Mancow said “waterboarding is not torture,” let himself be waterboarded for the cameras, and didn’t last 5 seconds. And he admitted he was proven wrong.

Rousey says she’d like to face bantamweight champ Miesha Tate, not just because she matches up well with her, but because it would be marketable. “I’m not dumb, you’re not dumb,” Rousey told Ariel Helwani on The MMA Hour. “Really, if we push the ‘hot chicks’ to fight each other for a title, it’s going to get a lot of attention. That’s why I’d rather fight Miesha for a title instead of Sarah Kaufman. Because she’s good looking and she’s marketable. More marketable than the vast majority of the girls in women’s MMA.

As reported by the Chicago Tribune and Daily Herald, among other sources, Antioch (Ill.) Community High special education teacher Sara Glashagel has been charged with tampering with computer records after a trail in the school district’s computer system traced inexplicable improvements in the grades of 64 students back to her hand. The teacher could face up to a year in jail and $2,500 in fines for tweaking the grades.

By the way, the first thing I noticed about this story is how hot that police mug shot is! Look at the size of her rack! Those have got to be fake. By the way, here’s where a dumb criminal gets dumber and the story gets weirder:

McDonald’s announced adidas as the new official apparel sponsor of the McDonald’s All American High School Basketball Games this morning. This new partnership with adidas will outfit the top high school players in the country beginning with the 35th Annual Boys Game and 11th Annual Girls Game at Chicago’s United Center on March 28, 2012.

  1. Megyn is hot – and crazy. Sorry for the confusion between her and Minka Kelly – hmm, is there something about hot women with the last name of Kelly?

  2. Brandt Hardin says:

When will we start holding officers accountable for their brutality and excessive use of force? Evicting protesters is Unconstitutional and endangers the basic rights of EVERY last American. Is this the country we were raised in, were men and women are beaten, gassed, pepper-sprayed and arrested for their disapproval of the government? We have to be careful to protect our Constitutional Rights! Raise awareness and do your part with these free posters I designed for the movement on my artist’s blog at
