29-year-old Charissa Thompson is now a part of the ESPN evil empire. She c0-hosts the new show Numbers Never Lie. We’ve been huge “fans” of Thompson’s “work” for quite some time.
You recall her NFL sideline reporting on Fox. And all the college football and college basketball games she did for Big Ten Network and Fox Sports Net. She also appeared on the college football shows Friday Night Tailgate, on Big Ten Network; as well as BCS Breakdown and The BCS Show on FSN.
Thompson also co-hosted FSN’s The Best Damn Sports Show Period alongside Chris Rose and John Salley. The show was canceled in July of 2009.
Also that year, Thompson was nominated one of Playboy’s Sexiest Sportscasters of the year. She made it as a Top Five finalist, but the award was given to ESPN’s Erin Andrews.
The EA comparisons are inevitable, and will no doubt persist during her career; rightfully or wrongfully.
The Seattle native currently lives in Hermosa Beach, CA. She is a graduate of UC-Santa Barbara. That would make her a Gauchette, just like another RIDICULOUSLY HOT sideline reporter: Jaime Maggio. (go here for that photo gallery)
Charissa’s Twitter @charissat has over 14,000 followers.
