Watching the Boise State Broncos destroy the Toledo Rockets last night in the Friday night national college football game on ESPN may have reminded you of “Blue Mountain State” the comedic series on Spike that is in absolutely no way based on BSU.
Sure, Boise did get hit by NCAA infractions recently, and the colors are exactly similar, but the antics of the BMSU football team are too outrageous to be reality for any…..maybe Miami or Ohio State.
Anyways, season three of BMS premieres on Spike Sept 21st, and new episodes air Wednesdays at 10 pm CT.
Want a DVD of season 2?
I’ll be doing contests all month where you’ll have the chance to win the complete 2-disc set of season 2. (296 minutes long)
It comes complete with a picture of Denise Richards in a hot cheerleader outfit on the front cover. It’s true that I once made out with Denise Richards at a party in college.
I’m serious.
Just not the famous starlet Denise Richards.
It was instead some sorority girl in a bee costume for Halloween. The real Denise Richards, although hailing from close to where I grew up, is too old, too hot, too famous, too wealthy and too many neuroses and severe psychological disorders for me.
Season 2 brings back all the hilariously raunchy antics of the college football team and boasts an impressive line of guest stars including Denise Richards, Stacy Keibler, Chuck Liddell, and NFL greats Bill Parcells, Bill Romanowski, Boomer Esiason and Brian Bosworth. The 2-disc DVD set includes all 13 episodes from the second season along with a gag reel and deleted scenes. Lionsgate films just released it four days ago.
And speaking of Keibler, she’s a former Baltimore Ravens cheerleader, see more pics of her here!
To win a DVD, just post your predicted score in the comments section for the Arkansas-Alabama football game tomorrow.
Also, post your predicted total points (in the event of a tiebreaker) deadline is kickoff, closest to the score wins. Here’s more on that game.
