The leading scorer in the Big Ten last season, and greatest player in Northwestern history finally has a NBA home, as multiple sources report the New York Knicks have signed John Shurna.
It’s a one year deal for Shurna, who struggled with the Atlanta Hawks summer league this past season.
Shurna did impress on a 36/40 three-point-shooting performance during a Milwaukee Bucks workout. The leading scorer in NU history seeks to become the school’s first NBA player since Evan Eschmeyer last played in the league in 2003
