The NBA All-Star game is commonly referred to as “the black man’s Super Bowl.” You might have also heard of the Final Four as the white man’s Super Bowl and the Oscars as the gay man’s Super Bowl. And of course the Super Bowl is just the Super Bowl.

TNT will exclusively televise the announcement of the 2013 NBA All-Star reserves during a special one-hour pregame show on Thursday, Jan. 24, at 7 p.m. ET. Ernie Johnson will host the TNT NBA Tip-Off presented by Autotrader.com pregame show with analysts Shaquille O’Neal, Kenny Smith and Chris Webber. The show will precede the night’s NBA on TNT doubleheader featuring the New York Knicks at Boston Celtics at 8 p.m., followed by the Phoenix Suns hosting the Los Angeles Clippers at 10:30 p.m.

Marv Albert will call the Knicks/Celtics game with analyst Steve Kerr and reporter Tracy Wolfson. Kevin Harlan will provide commentary for the Clippers/Suns with Hall of Famers Reggie Miller and Charles Barkley, as well as reporter Craig Sager. Inside the NBA presented by Hyundai with Johnson, O’Neal, Smith and Webber will air immediately following the doubleheader to recap the night’s action.
