A lot of media hullabaloo about new Chicago Cubs GM Theo Epstein (as well there should be). But what about his Boston Red Sox successor Ben Cherington? He has a ton of decisions to make and messes to sort out as well. Although he does inherit a team with a ton of talent and important pieces; unlike in Chicago.
The first thing anyone wants to talk about Red Sox related is Jonathan Papelbon‘s contract status…just kidding! It’s the beer drinking in the clubhouse of course. Much ado about nothing? Or a corporate culture in dire need of overhaul?
Here’s a video after the jump from NESN, where Cherington discusses a lot of these main issues; including alcohol in the clubhouse.
