Johnson will likely be the next coach in Detroit. I do like Mitchell or Jackson, however, Mitchell supposedly is not a candidate. Big mistake, IMO.

It will be interesting to see who Kahn picks but I think it’s early, more names will leak soon.

I’d like to see David Kahn fire himself and Peter and I become “co-GM’s” of the T-Wolves… we wouldn’t draft 4 points guard in one draft…

I’d like to see Avery Johnson get another shot…that way I can hear his nerdy Tony Gwynn like voice again during press conferences again. It’s always funny when someone’s appearance totally mismatches their voice.

Good call including the “Czar of the telestrator” too.

If I had a vote (which I don’t) I’d be throwing my chips behind Jackson or Mitchell. Mitchell has the mentoring thing going for him plus an edginess that won’t prevent him from getting in players faces for not giving their all (read: Vince Carter vs. Sam Mitchell). Jackson is going to get a shot eventually and is going to bring a ton of experience from the court to the bench.
