Wayne Rooney has scored his first goal since April! Across all competitions that’s ten games. The 20′ scoring strike versus Club Brugge in Belgium is also just the second goal for Manchester United away from Old Trafford in the calendar year of 2015.
The other came way back in February at Preston North End in the FA Cup.
Here’s the footage, the Wayne Rooney brace is set up on a nice assist by Memphis Depay.

United are now up 1-0, 4-1 on aggregate. Club Brugge will now need three goals just to force extra time. Good luck with that. (Not, not really, we do not wish them good luck at all)
