The fifth round triumph sets them up to take on Chelsea FC, the current leaders of the Premier League, in what will be the marquee fixture in the round of eight.
The FA Cup draws have been held, and made public, with still two more slots to be determined in the quarter-finals. The field of 10 will be whittled down to eight.
FA Cup Sixth round draws:
Chelsea v Manchester United
Middlesbrough v Huddersfield or Manchester City
Tottenham v Millwall
Sutton or Arsenal v Lincoln
The FA Cup quarter-final matches are set to be played on weekend of 10th-13th March. In addition to the FA Cup, United are still alive in the UEFA Europa League round of 32, the championship of the league cup, and the race for the Premier League top four. Chelsea on the other hand, do not have European football this season, but are obviously the front-runners for the league title. The FA Cup is the only other competition on the docket for them.
