Jose Mourinho has gone head to head against Arsene Wenger 14 times. Wenger has still yet to beat the Portugese, not even once. Saturday marked the seventh draw all time in clashes between Wenger and Mourinho. The self-ascribed special one has beaten the Frenchman in the other seven meetings.
However, following Manchester United’s 1-1 draw with the Gunners, Mourinho said the result felt like a loss.
Mourinho as he leaves the room: "So finally I lost against Arsenal. Finally I lost against Arsenal. Finally I lost against Arsenal."

Even in expressing his disappointment in a draw, Mourinho made sure everyone paying attention is reminded how he completely dominates Wenger. Mourinho never passes up an opportunity to throw shade at Wenger.
That was one of the two major laments for Mourinho in his postgame media sessions. In his second major noteworthy sound bite, Mourinho said that his side in the unluckiest in all of the Premier League.
On one hand, he is right. United dominated this game and they should have won it. They had the match in hand for 88 minutes, but dropped two points due to a very late Olivier Giroud equalizer. United also got completely hosed by a blatant non-call in the 34′. United should have been granted a penalty kick.
Howard Webb: "Did Monreal in his attempt to get the ball impeded @anto_v25? I think its a penalty & I’m surprised Andre didn’t give it."

Antonio Valencia was impeded by Nacho Monreal. It’s a play that should have yielded a free kick. So that’s one way to look at it.
However, it’s just one game and while this game had severe misfortune, it does not describe the entire season.
United are not even in top four position right now, let alone in league title contention, and given all the money spent on big name talent there is just no excuse for that.

United have the highest wage bill of any football club in the entire world, and the fourth highest wages of any sports club on the globe. Thus they have plenty of talent, so that’s not holding them back. The real issue is that there’s no one with a football-brain running the show.
By that I mean the bosses of Mourinho, the board, the people above him.
