Newcastle could turn to ousted Manchester United manager David Moyes if they sack Alan Pardew this summer. This according to the Daily Express. Manchester United were able to take David Moyes out of Everton, but they were never able to take the Everton out of David Moyes. He does fit as a smaller club manager. He just doesn’t work as a big club with a big time manager.
However, this move to Newcastle could fit.
You’ve seen all the sentiment Newcastle fans have against Pardew. They want him out.
Moyes will be high up on Newcastle’s wanted list to replace Pardew, who is walking on thin ice following a disastrous run of results – despite a 3-0 win over Cardiff yesterday.
Newcastle fans are unhappy with Pardew after a run a six successive defeats left them in mid-table. He has been left fighting for his job as fans have been calling for him to be sacked in each of their last three games.
Banners flying at St James’ Park yesterday branded Ashley and Pardew ‘liars’ and stated ‘Get Out Of Our Club’.
