Way back on June 10th, The Sun made a claim that former Borussia Dortmund head coach Jurgen Klopp would be interested in the Liverpool job if Brendan Rodgers was sacked, according to Klopp’s agent. With Rodgers being dismissed Sunday, the job is now officially his.

Liverpool will have a new manager in place for the next Premier League fixture- October 17th versus Tottenham Hotspur.
That boss is Klopp; we’ve known all week it would be. Klopp Kop it is.

In April, Jurgen Klopp announced that he would be leaving to take a sabbatical. The currently 48-year-old manager finished his Borussia Dortmund career with a record of 179 wins, 69 draws, and 70 losses.
