Liverpool have emerged as potential suitors for Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart says the Bleacher Report today. The Man City and England National Team keeper has revealed that his club have not spoken to him about a new contract. A goalkeeper with the caliber of Joe Hart will have plenty of suitors, from inside and outside the Premier League.
He won’t come cheap either.
The Daily Mail‘s Joe Bernstein reports the potential deal, while also providing quotes from Hart over his future: “Anything about a new contract is news to me,” said Hart. “I’ve heard nothing. I’ve got a year, nearly two years, left on my deal. That is all I am aware of.”
Joe Hart is in the final two years of his deal with the Citizens.
Bernstein also notes “Hart is worried about what might be causing the delay,” saying negotiations would “normally be underway” at this point in the player’s career
