Regarding Elisha Cuthbert and her marriage today to Toronto Maple Leafs Captain Dion Phaneuf, I remember the greatest heckle I ever heard from a Chicago Blackhawks fan at a game.
“Hey, Phaneuf, Sean Avery told the truth” #Sloppy2nds
And it rhymes.
This came from the 300 section at the United Center, so the only bad part of this anecdote is that there is no possible way Phaneuf heard it. I was quite upset the NHL suspended Avery for his “sloppy seconds” remark about Elisha Cuthbert, the biggest jersey-chaser in hockey history.
Maybe Elisha Cuthbert is the biggest jersey chaser in all sports history.
Of course, I’ve seen that movie where Elisha Cuthbert plays a porn star who has an affair with the high-achieving kid next door. She was so hot in it, she can engage in lordosis behavior for the entire NHL for all I care. That’s fine. I actually CAN NOT STAND writing this asinine stories about athlete personal lives. However, I know how much they move the needle. To quote Colonel Tavington (the main bad guy) in Roland Emmerich’s 2000 film “The Patriot:”
“It’s a dirty job doing one’s duty, but sometimes it’s a real pleasure.”
Anyways, that Elisha Cuthbert movie itself was pretty entertaining and interesting; on top of featuring Cuthbert at the peak of her hotness. So despite writing mindless drivel like this; it’s a real pleasure posting pics of Elisha Cuthbert.
Cuthbert is Canadian, and as she married the leader of Canada’s second most iconic hockey franchise, I went with the Canadian spelling for Maple Leafs Defenceman Dion Phaneuf.
