Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho will be without several players as his side host Sevilla in a UEFA Champions League knockout round match tomorrow night. Striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic and defenders Daley Blind and Phil Jones are all out injured while Marcos Rojo, Ander Herrera, Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial are all doubts.
For Martial it could mean the third missed match in a row, but Pogba of course, is the headliner.
Pogba did not feature in Manchester United’s 2-1 win over Liverpool yesterday, having suffered a last minute injury in Friday training. After the game he didn’t look to be in a whole lot of discomfort though as he was in very high spirits with Jose Mourinho while the manager was doing his post match interview in the Old Trafford tunnel.
Jose Mourinho admitted that he doesn’t know if Pogba will be ready for Sevilla Tuesday night, but hey, if you haven’t seen the midfielder’s new private indoor pitch, you got to check it out, as it comes complete with his own personal logo in the center circle.
Sevilla have confirmed Jesus Navas will miss Tuesday’s trip to Old Trafford through injury. Sébastien Corchia is also sidelined, while Miguel Layún is ineligible.
There will be few other changes, if any, from the side that held United to a 0-0 draw in the first leg.
