Yesterday, Manchester United Manager Jose Mourinho made it known that striker Romelu Lukaku was likely not going to see much rest until Zlatan Ibrahimovic returns from injury.
The big Belgian is on such a hot streak right now, scoring in eight consecutive games that you wouldn’t want to sit him even if you could. The last thing you want to do when someone has the golden form is go away from it. When someone is feeling it to the degree that Lukaku is, you got to keep feeding him.
Now Lukaku’s fine run of form has seen himself earn a place in the Old Trafford history books.
7 – No player has scored more goals in their first 7 @premierleague apps for @ManUtd than Romelu Lukaku (7, level with Andrew Cole). Heaven. pic.twitter.com/fcsfhDfbdw

Lukaku scored in the 86′ to provide United’s third and final goal in their 4-0 home win over Crystal Palace. They remain top of the table pending what Manchester City do versus Chelsea later.
Additionally, this was the 11th goal for Lukaku in his last ten games. Of course, it’s not just the £75 million man who’s getting it done for the Red Devils. As any great teammate will tell you, it takes the guys by your side in the attack to help create and then convert those chances. Along with Lukaku, you have Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford lighting it up, giving the Red Devils three prolific scorers in the final third right now.
Deadly trio.
Goals and assist machines, 32 goals between them.

Rashford 9
