Romelu Lukaku is off to a rip roaring start at Manchester United; well on his way to living up to his £75 million price tag. Lukaku was introduced by United Hollywood style this summer, and his Premier League debut in a Red Devils shirt was the kind of stuff that one would see on the silver screen.
Lukaku bagged a brace in United’s 4-0 rout of West Ham at home. It was United’s biggest league win since September of 2014, which was also a 4-0 final tally, against Queens Park Rangers.
Here’s footage of his second, set up by winger Henrikh Mkhitaryan who registered an assist. The Armenian would add another assist on the day.

Here’s footage of the first Romelu Lukaku goal, which was assisted by Marcus Rashford. United’s third signing of the summer, Nemanja Matic initiated the sequence with a key interception. Matic was world class all day, showing why Jose Mourinho made a brilliant decision in signing him.

United would also get goals from Anthony Martial and Paul Pogba. Overall, the Red Devils looked about as impressive as they ever have since Sir Alex Ferguson retired. The final scoreline could have easily been even more lopsided.
