Four of the Premier League big six are still alive in the FA Cup, and of those four, three will be on the road in the next round of the tournament. The FA Cup fifth round draws were held on Monday, and the result for Manchester United means a trip to either Huddersfield Town or Birmingham.
The two sides played to a draw this past weekend, and now have a replay coming up at St Andrew’s. Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur will also be on the visitors sideline in the tournament’s round of 16, while Chelsea will get to stay home.
As it stands right now, you only have match-up featuring two teams from the top flight (West Brom vs Southampton) and right now, both of those teams are in the relegation zone. Of course, if Huddersfield Town win their replay a week from tomorrow night, you’ll have another all Premier League battle, and a rematch of one of this season’s biggest upsets.
