Manchester United triumphed over Watford at home today 2-0, and now find themselves in fifth place. They have momentarily leapt rival Liverpool, who could take the slot back later today when they take on second place Tottenham Hotspur. United are one point behind fourth place Manchester City, who still have a match to play this weekend.
The Red Devils are now two points behind third place Arsenal, following a solid effort that saw Anthony Martial, Ander Herrera, Anthony Martial, David de Gea and Eric Bailly.
-Here is the footage of the Anthony Martial goal. On a side note, just this past week, Martial said don’t read what the newspapers write about him, as it’s not true.

–Henrikh Mkhitaryan made a challenge on Isaac Success that wasn’t exactly successful (sorry the pun was just too easy there). He took a shot to the mouth that left his lip bloodied.
Mkhitaryan went down and lay on the pitch for a bit. It wasn’t serious though, as he stayed on for a few minutes, and then left to a standing ovation in the 88′, replaced by Jesse Lingard.

-Eric Bailly was the star today in the Red Devils back line while Ander Herrera may have been man of the match. De Gea had a clean sheet while Zlatan Ibrahimovic chipped in with an assist. Juan Mata scored the first goal for United today, here is the footage of that.
