Christian Pulisic, the United States Men’s National Team star sometimes dubbed “wonder boy,” is currently enjoying his career with Borussia Dortmund in the German Bundesliga. However there has been recent transfer speculation about Pulisic, as the 19-year-old has been linked with some of the biggest clubs in both England and Spain.
Manchester United, Liverpool, Barcelona and Real Madrid have all been mentioned as teams that are potentially interested in acquiring Christian Pulisic. Later in the week, Bayern Munich reportedly jumped into the fray. Given the choice, and truly that is a dream set of choices for anyone involved in the sport right there, where would the American go?
If he does decide to leave Dortmund someday, it’s very difficult to say right now where he would want to go, but you got to love United’s chances, as Pulisic supported the Red Devils in his youth.
In an interview with ESPN he was asked whether or not he was a United supporter growing up, and his response: “Yeah, I was. I was definitely a big fan.”
“Of course, right now I am under contract with Dortmund and I’m not looking around or doing anything like that so I’m very focused there. But, yeah, it’s cool to hear all this stuff!”
Obviously honored by the all media narratives linking him with the sports bluest of blue bloods, Christian Pulisic was then asked about the potential opportunity of someday testing his skills in the Premier League, to which he answered:
“Of course, the Premier League is an unbelievable league. You never know in football what can happen, so right now, I’m focused with Dortmund, and yeah, that’s that.”
