Manchester United kept pace with their intracity rivals and stayed atop the Premier League table with a 4-0 win over Everton at home on Sunday. Manchester City are listed above United, but that’s only due to alphabetical order, because both clubs have taken 13 points from their first five games.
Both Manchester teams have scored 16 goals and conceded two. Here’s what United manager Jose Mourinho had to say after the game in his post match interview:
"In the last part of the game, we killed them off."

On the much lighter side of things, a bat actually flew into the MUTV studios at half time and disrupted the broadcast. This is hilarious, but I must admit I would be frightened if this happened to me.
United face Burton next in the FA Cup third round on Wednesday. They resume league play against Southampton on Saturday.
