Juve reject Man United’s €43m Arturo Vidal bid

Time for your daily Arturo Vidal is coming/not coming/maybe coming/definitely coming to Manchester United update. We’ll look at what media outlets in which countries are saying the transfer has been completed. Or not. Or maybe it has.

There’s media in three countries interested in this: Juventus (Italy) his current club, Chile (where he was a national star for the World Cup team) and United (England of course!)

One thing is for certain, no one can dispute this: the Arturo Vidal to Man United storyline will not go away.

La Gazzetta Dello Sport on Thursday tell us that the Red Devils actually submitted a €43 million bid for the highly-prized Chilean midfielder, and that it was rejected. So again this continues. The Arturo Vidal saga is the gift that keeps on giving. This thing is far from over. United are also looking at Sporting Lisbon youngster William Carvalho. (We have more on that rumor here)

It’s doubtful that the club will sign both, but it’s probably likely they’ll get one of them.

  1. Man United is certainly going to come back but if that will happen then we should forget about the idea of signing Vidal and get a player like De Jong….. we certainly need a more defensive minded mid fielder.

  2. I agree De Jong will be a good back up, plus sign a couple of defenders
