Liverpool FC comes into Saturday’s tilt against Tottenham Hotspur with a couple of injury concerns.
The big question for Liverpool is the health of Dejan Lovren, who missed last week’s game against Hull with a knee problem. He hasn’t practice with the first-team all-week and is in doubt to play against Spurs.
If Lovren is unable to play, one of his potential replacements is also a question mark. Ragnar Klavan, has missed training this week with an illness, and his status for Saturday’s game is also up in the air. Liverpool would have to turn to Joe Gomez or Lucas Leiva if Lovren and Klavan are unavailable.
Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana missed training on Thursday, but it seemed more precautionary than anything. He is expected to be available on Saturday.
Ruled out for Saturday’s clash are Ovie Ejaria and Marko Grujic, who still have no timetable for a return to action. They are out with an ankle and hamstring injury respectively. Danny Ings is out for the season with a knee injury.
Odds: Liverpool are being given 6/5 odds for a win over at SkyBet.
Spurs are getting 23/10 odds on a win, with there being 23/10 odds on a tie as well.
Predicted Result: Tottenham 2-1.
