Liverpool Football Club CEO Peter Moore is quick with a joke on Twitter, and truly a fun follow on the micro-blogging platform. He even mixes it up with the trolls and puts them in their place when chooses to engage with the haters. As it’s the summer silly season, some transfer rumors out there are potentially a bit far-fetched.
Others are very legitimate of course, but when it comes to the Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang narrative, we just don’t really know yet. There could be some fire there, but maybe it’s just smoke.
As of right now, one would lean more toward the smoke category regarding Aubameyang to Liverpool.
One Twitter user reached out to the man at the top of the LFC food chain, urging him to move on the Borussia Dortmund scoring sensation. That individual, Grant Portman, even did a very brief cost/benefit analysis of the potential deal.
Moore responded with a hilarious quip!
All the profits would disappear with the cost of lettering the shirts…
