It appears that the new Manchester United home kit for 2018-19 may have leaked online. Footy Headlines, who specialize in this sort of thing and often end up being proven correct, posted a striking new design with horizontal stripes and lots of black trim.
The black comes together with the red in the Man United 2018-19 kit because it “will be apparently inspired by the railway men that formed the club.” The website does go on to say that they can’t confirm with certainty that this is the new design for next season.
What they can confirm is that the Man United ’18-’19 outfit will feature black shorts. Take a look at the following TwitPic from a graphic designer who specializes in football designs:

This will be the fourth Man United kit made by Adidas, who took over from Nike starting with the 2015-16 jerseys. When the German sportswear maker got the contract to make the kit it was the most expensive shirt deal in global football history.
