You know that you’ve made it once they hate you. A lot of times it “they hate us because they ain’t us,” but either way whenever you start getting detractors, it means that you’ve arrived. Congratulations to Emily Rogawski, an American from New York, currently studying in England who is a very proud supporter of Chelsea.
If you want to know more about Emily Rogawski, overnight internet sensation on both sides of the Atlantic,
We profiled her in detail at this link, and then followed up on her endeavors again in the Chelsea news section.
We also did a post on her attending the Merseyside Derby last night (a match which also featured santa hats and flares being thrown on the pitch), and how her appearance at Goodison Park, much like when she attended a match there two weeks ago, caused a big stir.
Mostly, the stir is all positive stuff, but as we said in the intro, there were some detractors. We reached out to Emily Rogawksi an email interview, but our message was not returned.
After the Liverpool-Everton match, you had a woman throwing shade at her outfit, to which Rogawski responded by posting a very very racy photo of herself; to which a detractor replied with a snide comment about Instagram filters.

Also, a Tottenham Hotspur supporter club here in the United States also attacked her when she mentioned plastic surgery, implying that she was from the manor born, and thus conforming to stereotypes of Chelsea fans being an elitist 1%ers.
Rogawski then revealed how she was in a car accident, and that the plastic surgery was required, not elective surgery. There was also some discussion about Kim Kardashian and her plastic surgery, and we’re just not going to touch that, because we simply do not care and the more Kim Kardashian is discussed the more we all become dumbed down.

As Rogawski herself points out, the haters have been out in full force.
Before people start hating again, just a PSA that there are tickets for Everton vs Arsenal for 7£ on stubhub…

Like Notorious B.I.G. famously said “the more money you come across, the more problems you see.” Or in this case, the bigger you get, the more denouncers and deriders show up. Rogawski definitely knows this first hand.
