Chelsea head into the upcoming game week after the international break with a decent amount of momentum. After losing 1-0 to Manchester City in their last outing they will want to bounce back strong against fellow London club Crystal Palace. With the Champions League also resuming later next week, manager Antonio Conte will have to take that into consideration when selecting his team for this fixture.

In injury news, Alvaro Morata, N’golo Kante and Danny Drinkwater all remain out of contention for selection this weekend.
Morata and Kante are both out with hamstring injuries while Drinkwater is unavailable due to a calf strain. This poses a sizable challenge for Antonio Conte as he was to now reshape his team and adjust to the absences of two main, key players in the Chelsea squad.
