I hope, for Notre Dame‘s sake, that their application for the Big Ten distances themselves as far as possible from the “We are ND” music video. It’s so bad that the unintentional comedy scale is through the roof. Aside from the singing, attempts at rapping, beat, melody and lyrics, the song is pretty good.
It’s sooooooooooooooooo bad that I won’t watch it a second time, even though it’s filled with cheerleaders. You know something is awful when even numerous gratuitous cheerleader shots can’t make it viewable. I think Brian Kelly and Mike Golic should somehow digitize themselves out of this.

If you want to make a cheesy college football video to pump up your fanbase…hire someone WHO KNOWS HOW TO MAKE MUSIC. Northwestern made this music video “Go U NU” in ’08, and off all the names he mentions, about a half-dozen have had NFL careers. Watch below
I would say “We r ND” is just as shameful and embarassing as the L.A. Rams ’80s cheese “Ram it.” Although this video has 200,000% more bad sexual innuendo. So what have we learned from all this? That’s it’s frightening how I immediately thought of two more football music videos off the top of my head (and neither were the Super Bowl Shuffle) when I saw the ND crapola. If there is anyone on Earth with more useless knowledge than I have…my heart goes out to them.
