Chelsea central defender Gary Cahill is absolutely getting lit up by the Twitterverse right now. Oh man, it is brutal. The center back is having a rough go of it at the Emirates in the London Derby right now, and Gary Cahill is a top five trending term on Twitter right now in the United States.
And what’s being said about him right now isn’t exactly sweet or nice.

Do find it amazing that Gary Cahill can still start for a club like Chelsea. Mistake after mistake.

Gary Cahill still needs John Terry to hold his hand to look competent.

Arsenal have taken a 3-0 halftime lead into the dressing room, so Chelsea supporters are indeed livid right now; as they should be. You can point fingers in all kinds of directions, not just at Gary Cahill. However, if you’re going to limit your scape-goating to just individual, as social media often loves to do, then perhaps the vic-captain of the England National team is the appropriate target.
