Jenny McCarthy claimed the cops went to the house of Amanda Bynes; and people claim Bynes has some substance abuse issues. Oh and Bynes tweeted out some topless pictures. And some slightly more clothed, yet still very racy, selfies.
Right now Kate Upton is considered the hottest woman in the world; and perhaps rightfully so. Since the 19-year-old Michigan native and Wolverines fan was named the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl, the entire media has been buzzing over, wanting to know more about here…like if her boobs are real or not.
Upton has been making a huge splash on the internet since last year, when she debuted as a rookie in SI. Making us wonder, which rookie of the 2012 SI swimsuit class will emerge as the next Kate Upton.

Kelly Crull is a Fox Sports reporter/host based in San Diego. You’ve seen her covering Padres games in MLB, as well as the Oklahoma City Thunder of the NBA. Kelly Crull, 28, hosts San Diego Padres weekly, the video magazine show on Fox Sports.
She worked two years at KOCO-5 before joining the Thunder in 2010, also will fill in as sideline reporter for Padres telecasts and various other games on the regional network. Laura McKeeman also has joined the network as the primary sideline reporter. (Oklahoman)

When it comes to recruiting new female sports reporters, the new AAA ball seems to be an amalgam of beauty pageants, bikini models and cheerleaders.
Laura McKeeman fits right in. You may have seen her doing the “social media” segments during the Pac-12 Tournament outside Staples Center. (She kind of struggled there a bit the first night. Well, more than a bit actually).
You know how you got sick of Facebook when you mom and your grandmom joined it? Well, a lot of people feel that way. At least a lot of young people.
According to a recent survey, teenagers have been complaining that too many adults are on Facebook, and too many people are using it as a social media app therapist. A new study published Tuesday about online behavior said Twitter was providing less drama than Facebook. It conveyed that teens are sharing more personal information about themselves even as they try to protect their online reputations.

ESPN is doing really well financially. ESPN has “beat the street” considerably, and consistently recently. However, despite surging profits, they will lay off a substantial number of workers. Hopefully, Darren Rovell is one of them! Ha!
ESPN parent corporation Disney has matched or exceeded earnings per share estimates for the last eight fiscal quarters. Disney also recently reported a 32 percent gain in net income. Distribution fees are increasing better than expected and ESPN also is enjoying skyrocketing prices for broadcast rights.
ESPN will televise the new college football playoff system, which will grab them another $470 million annually.
In recent years, the NHL has introduced “Ice Crews” which are essentially hockey’s version of cheerleaders. And the Florida Marlins and Cincinnati Reds have brought scantily clad babes to baseball now too. What do you think of these developments? blaspheme? or long overdue?
We’ve accepted NFL Cheerleaders and NBA Dance Teams, but do hockey and baseball need them?

I’ve often said that if the Darren Rovell Twitter account were a human being, and a high school student, it would get beat up repeatedly.
Each day, the jocks would take the Darren Rovell Twitter persona and shove him in the locker. The greatest example of Darren Rovell being awkward in social media occurs when he interacts with Kate Upton; or tells us how the Playboy Mansion Super Bowl party is lame; at least by his standards.
