The fantasy football season is on the final stretch and every move takes on do-or-die importance. If you need a win now, start the higher rated player in my rankings and bring home that championship.

It’s what you’ve worked for all season, but chances are your team enters the fantasy football playoffs looking a lot different than the one you started with. Change isn’t necessarily a bad thing, even at this point in the season. There are still some players out on the waiver wire that can help your team take the jump from playoffs to championship.

Many fantasy leagues are just a week away from the start of the playoffs and the pressure is starting to build. Injuries to guys like Fred Jackson and Adrian Peterson have owners making last ditch trade attempts or scowering the waiver wire for a decent replacement. Because of Thanksgiving, this edition of my rankings will be simply that: the rankings. Pick the higher rated player and I will see you in the playoffs.
